Our Services
Contract Staffing
The Consultant is placed at the client site at an hourly/monthly rate for a specified period of time. Individual Consultants or a group of Consultants may be assigned to the client site based on specific requirements.
The Consultant shall remain under the payroll of SmartCity for the specified Contract period.
The Client is billed on a bi-monthly/monthly basis.
Permanent Staffing
SmartCity assists in recruiting technical/Non Technical professionals based on the specific needs of the clients for their long-term staffing requirements.
The recruited employee passes through an in-depth screening process that include multiple personal and technical interviews, reference checks etc. that ensures the best ROI for the client. The client and SMR agrees upon a fixed compensation that reflects prevalent market standards.
Contract-to-Hire
In this option, the client may opt to place the Consultant on the job for a specified period of time during which they shall evaluate his performance. If satisfied and matching their long-term requirements, the Consultant shall be transferred from SmartCity's payroll to the client's payroll after the specified Contract period. In the worst case of the client not being satisfied, SMR shall ensure an ideal replacement for the same and the replaced Consultant shall continue to remain in the payroll of SMR.
Workplace Rediness Training
Workplace readiness skills are transferable to different work situations. Workplace readiness training helps fill the gaps between the skills workers' currently possess and the skills needed on the job. Employers strive to find workers with valuable work readiness skills and with us, several job-specific training programs are available to help workers attain those skills.
IT Training
Our goal is to assist our clients in educating their Technical staff and end users in the latest software/IT Technologies on Multiple platforms involving workstations, Client-Server platforms, GUI’s, Distributed databases, Object-Oriented analysis and applications generators. Our Training Curriculum would be tailored to meet the needs of several different audiences including B.Tech/MCA/MSc/B.Sc/B.Com/BA Students & House Wives or Parents.
