| Job Description: |
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer billing.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions for audits and financial planning.
• Review payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
• Lead monthly and annual closing activities and ensure timely reporting. |
| Job Skills: |
*strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or service-based organizations will be an added advantage.
