We are looking for a responsible Vehicle Incharge to manage company vehicles, ensure proper maintenance, and monitor daily vehicle operations efficiently.
Monitor and manage day-to-day vehicle operations
Maintain vehicle records including fuel, servicing, and repairs
Schedule regular vehicle maintenance and servicing
Track fuel usage and control vehicle-related expenses
Ensure all vehicles have valid documents (RC, Insurance, Pollution, etc.)
Coordinate with drivers for daily assignments and schedules
Maintain vehicle log books and trip records
Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and performance
Handle breakdown situations and arrange repairs immediately
Ensure proper cleanliness and upkeep of all vehicles
Prepare reports related to vehicle usage and expenses in Excel
Follow company policies and safety guidelines
