Job Description: •Monitoring the banking transactions.
•Required to perform day-to-day activities in Operations.
•In case of transaction failure, following the escalation matrix and informing the same to the respective teams.
•Preparing the MIS Reports on daily basis.
•Monitoring system alerts and ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinating with internal departments and clients.
• Communicating issues via appropriate department contacts.
•Providing the 1st level analysis or temporary solution for the issues.
•Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
•Maintaining accurate records and documentation of transactions and operational activities.
•Handling queries from clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism.
Job Skills: •Good Communication skills.
•Flexible working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to learn and continuously improve their skill set.
Education Required: •Diploma Holder/B.Com/B.sc (CS) degree holders are encouraged to apply
